One of the best classes offered to kids during the summer is "It's Me- A Self Portrait" where the kids take a photograph and sew a copy of it in fabric using applique. The photo is divided into 4 color-levels. Eacl level is sewn seperately...to create a wonderful self portrait.Look at the photo of them all. Notice the real photo below their applique...unreal!!!
